All embroidered sales are final for apparel, bags, and hats. Please reference the sizing chart for each garment to be sure the correct size is ordered. There are no returns or exchanges after the apparel, bags or hats are embroidered. Promotional cups, hard hats, tape measures, etc can be exchanged after contacting besty@floralavepromo.com. There are no returns on any products.
